What's the difference between 'USB serial port' and 'USB-UART'?

I find a USB serial port and a USB-UART at the same time on my PC,but I don't know the difference between them.Who can tell me? A lot of thanks! By the way I can't find the driver for the USB-UART(I was testing a USB demo of FRDM-KL25Z) and where can I download the dirver?

You have two usb cords plugged in - one the the usb-serial converter that is on the OpenSDA, the other is the code you are running on the board. Pleas read the docs that came with the board.
