I want to use the unique device ID in its software. In imx50.pdf written that device unique in OCOTP_CFG0 - OCOTP_CFG1 registers. I found that OCOTP_CFG consists of fields DIE-X-CORDINATE, WAFER_NO, LOT_NO_ENC, but I do not understand what is a unique ID. Where can I find more detailed information about OCOTP bits?

Another question: Is OCOTP_GP0 and OCOTP_GP1 really free to use, and I can write to them any desired value?
