Hi,

my Name is Thomas.

Does anybody know a way how to send emails out of RTCS by using the TOWER K60 N512 system?

Some hint to the right doc?

Thanks in advance!

Thomas

Hello.
I have taken up the matter and I have gotten it to work with DHCP = 0. The problem was that I had set the DNS address.

Thanks.

So if DHCP=0, the DNS address should not be set?

Hi Martin,

I found the reason, why it wasn't working: the jumper on my boards weren't set propper.

Now, everything works great. I love technology, which is working fine and I really enjoy, working with the tower developement tools and mqx!!

Thanks angain

Hi Thomas.

I'm testing the project "\demo\security_email", and I saw that if I have the DHCP = 1, it works fine, but if I have the DHCP = 0, does not work. You think so?, You know the reason?.

Thanks in advance.

Fernando.

Hi Fernando,

I checked it with DHCP = 0 for you and I'm getting the same result. The IP address for DNS remains on 0.0.0.0 so that the time server can not be accessed. With DHCP = 1 im getting 192.168.2.1 in the console display. But I don't know the reason wy it is not working. I changed some setups in my router, but it still remains the same.

If you will find/receive the answer for it, please let me know.

All the best

Thomas

Hi Martin,

i checked the demo and I'm getting the attached information.

Do you have a good advice, where to look or what to check?

DHCP is set to 1.

Thanks in advance for any idea.
