eGUI K60N512 mqx demo does not work on MQX 3.8.1

Hi,

I am trying to get the eGUI mqx demo to work with TWR-LCD on TWR-K60N512.  The baremetal project works fine but then when I build the MQX project on 3.8.1 it does not work.  It is configured to use SPI2 and the correct SW1 switches are set however I don't see any display on the LCD.

I probed the clk, data and they seem to look fine.  However, the CS is not changing.  I have not made any changes to affect the Chip Select.  Did anyone get this eGUI mqx demo for N512 to work on MQX 3.8.1 and CW 10.2?

I would really appreciate your input as I have already spend a lot of time trying to debug it.
