Run time code Monitoring : CWDS 10.2 + OSBDM

I'm using TWR-K70F120M Tower Module + CWDS 10.2

I need for run time code monitoring with automatic refresh

I have search and tried to enable the setting but not success

Pls help..! I'm new for Freescale MCU & CWDS
