MX507: Line shift occurs when set display rotation with "setprop ro.sf.hwrotation 90"

MX507 has no GPU, so there is no hardware acceleration for OpenGL. Software OpenGL rendering will be used with rotation.

The shift is caused by internals in fixed-point.  Goolge has no plan to fix it as the software renderer is not supported anymore.
