CW IDE 5.7.0 version: CPU MC9S08SL16 is not supported by Processor Expert.

Dear All
I am intended to use MC9S08SL16 for my application. I tried to create a new project with CW IDE 5.7.0 version and when I enable Process Expert for my project with MC9S08SL16  it says "CPU MC9S08SL16 is not supported by Processor Expert. DO you like to use some other CPU"

Is it not possible to use the same CPU??? or Can anybody help me with this??

I assume you are using CodeWarrior for HC08 V5.1.

Am I right?

Take a look at the CodeWarrior for HC08 update page at following URL:

You can download a patch named "CodeWarrior for HC08 v5.1 - EL32 Service Pack ", which according to the associated information "... includes support for the MC9S08EL32, MC9S08EL16, MC9S08SL16, and MC9S08SL8 "

Note that this patch only works together with CodeWarrior for HC08 V5.1.

You cannot use it with earlier version of CodeWarrior.

    At first thanks for the reply.... secondly..I already installed the "CodeWarrior for HC08 v5.1 - EL32 Service Pack " on my work station. As I mentioned earlier that Process Expert doesnt support the CPU from (MC9S08EL32, MC9S08EL16, MC9S08SL16, and MC9S08SL8). I also rechecked it ..if you go in IDE-->Help--->Process Expert--->Supported CPU's Compliers and Debuggers...then comes a list of CPU's supported by Process Expert.. But the one I am interested is not mentioned...So what could be the possible remedy

For processorExpert support for SL16 you will have to wait for CodeWarrior for MCU V6.0, which should be released end of this month.
