We design our custom board based on MCIMX53-START-R & MCIMX53SMD. DRAM_SDCLK has a series terminator (0ohm). What meaning does this have? If not necessary, I want to remove the resistor for space of the board.
First - the resistors may serve as test points for probe to analyze waveforms.Next - if real (SDCLK) signal on the board appears to be not very "good" - it will be possibleto improve situation by locating more suitable termination resistors. So, it may be recommended to use them at least for prototype design.
Totally agree with Yuri, those are access points and possibly resistor to compensate the signals due the pcb fabrication,so, I do not recommend to remove them.
Thanks for the reply.
I understand their meaning.
