Hi,
I connected a Li-Ion battery via pins 1 and 2 of the J86 (the 2.54mm spaced battery header). It seems to be charging and discharging as expected, except for one thing - when discharging, the BSP does not report discharging current. I'm trying to read it out of:
/sys/class/power_supply/battery/current_now
When charging, the charging current is properly reported.
Is discharging current supposed to be reported? If not, are there any ways of estimating battery life other than tracking voltage and estimating when it will get down to the blackout level?
Also, on which voltage will the BSP decide the battery is dead, and power itself down?
