Is the internal reference clock accurate enough to use in the serial communication?

Hello, I'm a beginner of HCS08. In my design I have to use the serial communication, but there isn't a external reference clock or oscillator and my program runs in the FLL engaged internal(FEI) mode. In the document of the HCS08, it says we could get a good clock accuracy in this mode rather than a high clock accuracy. Usually the serial communication needs a higher accuracy of the clock, then I want to know whether I could use SCI in the FEI mode. If it is possible to use SCI in the FEI mode, what I should pay attention to?

Any suggestion or explanation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
