MX53QSB image tool MCIMX535-START-R-BSP-11-09_C.exe does not see my microSD card

Hi,

Inserted the uSD in to a USB port, and then started up this MCIMX535-START-R-BSP-11-09_C.exe, this is what I got. Nothing in the drive list.

Any idea?

I used a Windows XP Dell laptop and mine recognized it fine.  It also recognized my main HDD too so I had to be careful not to overwrite that. I will see if the person who created the exe can jump on here and let us know if there are any restrictions.
