I am sorry if this question is put in the wrong place, but it seems to belong here.
Recently I ordered a DSP56303VF100 chip and now I want to use it. I guess I need a board to put the data into the DSP and some software to generate the code and to steer the board. I am quite a newbee to this area, so simple solutions are preferred.
The final application is digital signal processing for an AD1862 Digital-to-Analog convertor.
