Dear All,
I have connected a USB keyboard to the upper USB port j2, & now i want to connect my mouse to the lower USB port & i have connected the micro-B USB to the PC for adb debugging
But am not able to use the lower USB port by connecting or without connecting the micro-USB
I want to make use of all the three USB ports(lower, upper, micro-B) simultaneously
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible in getting rid of the above problem as am new to this systems development
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Advanced Thanks,
Srinivasan

This is not possible, you can use either the micro-USB or the lower USB port. They're connected to same USB port on i.MX53, so they can't be used simultaneously... You can see that if you check the board schematics.

Easy solution is to attach a USB hub to i.MX53QSB and attach keyboard and mouse to it. Would be good to have self-powered hub in case additional peripherals are attached, as max current that can be drawn is of course limited...
