Has anyone done a preprogram of a NAND flash with LTIB? Our programming house is asking for a laundry list of info from bad block scheme to spare area usage to fixed image location requirements...
To clarify... we have working u-boot and linux image, but we use ATK to program our NAND in system. We are moving product to MFG environment and want to preprogram flash before population of board. Dealing with NAND is new to me and I need to answers for the bad block handling.
