Why are only the LVDS_*_P signals shown in the IOMux Tool and not hte LVDS_*_N signals?
I obtained this information from our design team. It looks like all of the LVDS signals work in the same way. Basically, they are all fixed function LVDS pins, but if the LVDS channels are disabled, the pins can be used as GPIO.
FROM DESIGN TEAM:
LDB Control Register is implemented in the SoC as a general purpose register IOMUXC_GPR2 (offset 0x0008) in iomux controller.
The register structure is as following:
When channel is disabled (see bits [1:0] and [3:2]), associated IOs could be used as a general purpose inputs and could be treated as regular GPIOs with completely disabled output.
