Samsung DDR3 sdram with the iMX537

Hi guys,

is there anybody who used the Samsung DDR3 sdram K4B2G1646C in combination with the iMX537 ?

On the Quick Start Board there is noted that the board works with Micron MT41J128M16HA and Elpida EDJ2116DASE.

As far as I can see are those devices compatible.

Though I don't recall ever having worked specifically with that Samsung device, it should work since the device must comply with JEDEC.  Also, I do know there have been others who have used Samsung DDR3 devices with MX53.  Sounds like you've compared the Samsung data sheet with the Micron and Elpida data sheets and found them compatible, so it should work.
