is i.MX53 SCH-26565 REV. E = version 2.1?

Hi all,

I'm trying to boot up the OS from a SATA HD. Before that, I need to figure out which version of imx53 I am using.

the label indicates it is REV. E, but I believe the hardware reference manual never indicated what Rev E stands for.

Actually, I just found this information:

on the Part Numbering slide it describes the part numbering of the i.MX53 chip. The final character represents the revision number (distinct from the HW manual, it appears). B=2.0, C=2.1

EDIT: I should say that this is the number printed on the CPU itself, not the label.
