After copying my code from ROM to RAM and execute it, everything seems to work except that I have got lots of "Illegal stack type!" and "User Defined Vector 0" exceptions. I didn't find any information about what could cause this.

Can someone help me ?

Hi,

I have the same problem with a MCF5485, but I can't find the answers to the previous post.
Somebody knows the reason please ?

Thanks

Hi Eric,

When trying to get help from the Community it is better to give as much details as possible.
I am not a ColdFire expert however, for someone to answer, we usually need:
- Device,
- CodeWarrior version if CodeWarrior is linked to the problem,
- a piece of code if pertinent,
- schematics if pertinent...

In fact, the more information are available, the more chances you have to get a reply.

Otherwise, you still have the possibility to create an formal request for help by creating a service request (see link in my signature).
The main difference is that there is no guarantee of answer on the Forum.

Cheers,
Alban.
