Hi,

I am using MC9S12DJ64 16-bit controller with Code Warrier 5.5 & Processor Expert 2.95 for developement.

The data stored in the internal EEPROM is lost when power is removed to the controller.

Is there any setting/configuration to be looked into to reslove this?

I have mapped the Internal EEPROM at 0x0800. Please help if any of you have any idea.

Uh, getting lost? I'd say the chances are fairly good you didn't put the data there to begin with!

That is, unless you mean with CodeWarrior trying to reinit and reprogram everything. If you mean that your trying to restart and the EEPROM is erased by CodeWarrior, that's a totally different issue.

Right now I'm drawing a blank, but there is a setting that tells CW not to wipe the EEPROM when you start and program the target.
