hi there !
 
i'm new with the 2.4Ghz wireless modems, then i need some more infos about using the MC13213 Chip and Freescale Stacks
 
i'm searching infos about fees for use the ZigBee stack (to Freescale or to ZigBeeAlliance..)
how it work ?
i need info for 2 products.
1) 1 one product with proprietary datas packets
2) 1 another product with using ZigBee lightning profile (or other profile)
 
is there any fees to pay to freescale or zigbee alliance ?
 
how work theses things...??

You can use SMAC libraries (download BeeKit).

Actually we are waiting for the new ZigBee release v1.1 from Freescale, maybe
available for next month.
ZigBee stack for hcs08 was developed from Figure8Wireless but it was bought
from chipcon and Texas (concurrent), so Freescale removed from download this eveluation stack (good idea guys!) and now there is no zigbee stack available.

I tried the ZigBee ver 1.0 it was good but it had some lacks like power libs
for low power, not integrated into the stack.
Now we'll see this next new release. Anyway you can download BeeKit and begin to develop
with SMAC and 802.15.4.
