I have build a AW16 module for my HC(S) system. But unfortunately CW5.1 is not prepared for the HCS08AW16. Does anybody know where i can find it, or is there any update available?

Thanks Joerg

Hello

Get some news from our product management team.
We did not get a request to create stationery for AW16.
Anyway we have a ppt file explaining how to port a AW32 to work on AW16.

I have attached this document to the post.
I hope this helps.

Dear Tom
the case is simple. I want to create a new project for the HCS908AW16, to built my OS for this type of MCU. Normally this is simple (i have done this for about 50 times) choosing the project wizard. But in this case the AW16 is still missing in the list (AW32, 48, 64) are the only choice. Choosing i.e. the AW32 for the project creates problems with the wrong MCU ID. So updating the project wizard for the AW16 would be great.
The board is one of my modules for the HC(S) system. See under www.systech-gmbh.ch -> HC(S) System.

Thanks a lot
Joerg

Dear Joerg,

I don't quite understand the dates here, as your question here is from JAN 15, but all others are from 2006???

Anyhow, if you still need a solution, I built several projects with the AW16. I built them using the AW32, and as the only difference is with it's memory size, I manually changed the linker command file. It works good.

Dear Ben

I do not know why different old subjects are being posted here.

Anyway thanks for answering.

Is there a CodeWarrior updater installed? If so, have you tried running that?

Well, if I don't ask about the basics, I can't figure out where to go next. Is this a custom built board? Or is it an evaluation board?
