Does anyone know if the MC9S08GT60CFB has a protel library? So i can design a circuit.

Its very easy to create a symbol and footprint in Protel/Altium
Designer, you should try to take the time to learn how, as you
will often need to create new components. You could start with
a part that is close to what you need and make a copy then edit
that.

I believe you just have to start with a default package that matches the specific chip? Protel should have all the default packages in the library already. Then you need to look up the particular chip package you are using, that nugget of info is in the datasheet for the chip... add the lables and save it in the library as a new part and you should be good!
