I made a small board to attach to the side of the functional/primary elevator to break out the pins for scope probing or external connections.  If anyone wants the gerbers, they are attached.  The mouser connectors in the picture below are: 517-150240-6002 (socket) and 517-951240-7622-AR (rt angle header) -- note these are 40 pin connectors, so you need two for each full (80 pin) row.  I probably should have put the socket in the middle row, though, since the silkscreen on the outer row is better for probing with a scope.
