Signal descriptions in MCF5373RM.pdf (reference manual) and MCF5373DS.pdf (datasheet) are
different:
an example:

MCF5373RM.pdf page 2-6: PLL_VSS 97
MCF5373DS.pdf page 8 : PLL_VSS 98

could someone help me?
