Go to the left side of this Web page and mouse over the CodeWarrior Products item. A drop-down menu appears. Pick 56800/eHybrid from this menu, and another drop-down menu appears. Pick CWS-568-CX from this menu. That is: > CodeWarrior Products > 56800/eHybrid > CWS-568-CX.

This choice lands you on the CodeWarrior 56800E products page. Scroll down until you find a link to an evaluation version of CodeWarrior for 56800E, listed as CWX-568-SE. Click on this link, fill out the registration form, and download the eval.
