Discuss the new Tower Wi-Fi board
When is the release date of patch for mqx 3.7 and twr-k60 board?
Are there any experiences on operating this board without mqx. More precisely to initialize it with at-commands, set up a tcp/ip stack and all of this with the spi interface?
TWR-WIFI-RS2101 has only MQX based demo, it doesn't support AT commands. If you want the same module with AT commands in UART then you can have look here http://www.redpinesignals.com/pdfs/RS9110-N-11-22_EVB.pdf
Thank you for your help.
My task is to develop a wifi communication with this board. The whole tower will be used like some kind of remote control. The problem is that I have to achieve this, without any operating system, just c-code. This board will be addressed over spi.
I had to do some research to find the manual, how to do the initialisation via spi, AND you are right, there are no AT-commands. Thank you again for your support.
Are you able do the initialization via SPI using the manual? If not then please let me know.
Not yet, but we are working on it. Anyway I would appreciate any kind of useful information to the communication via spi and the initialization of the board.
Absolutely outstanding would be some kind of example in c-code that we could addapt to our project ( but life isn't all beer and skittles ).
At the moment I am on the programming_redpine.pdf. I don't want to grumble and stuff, but there are some bad imprecisions on putting my data to the hardware and up to the wifi board ...
Here a link to this pdf.
I was browsing through the redpine-signals site and found a very similar project
( just to give you a little closer view to my project)
We have example code on some other processor platform without OS.
