I just saw the announcement of an extended version of our 'ol faithful, the 908JL8. The 'JL16 has arrived in good time. We are getting a bit "thin" in the flash rom department in regards to a few products now out. I wonder when some documentation will be placed on the web site.

Bob -

I don't know why a search doesn't turn it up and why it's not in the product links on the left side of the 8-bit home page, but I did find it all through the link in the announcement:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=68HC908JL16&nodeId=016246844976630196...

Specifically, the data sheet is at:

http://www.freescale.com/files/microcontrollers/doc/data_sheet/MC68HC908JL16.pdf

Hopefully, they'll get the links up soon.

Hey, Thanks Rocky R.!
As you might have supposed, we found it right after my post. A bit of Murphy's law in action. I must be getting blinder than I thought. The update looks quite nice, 16K and a 10 bit ADC brings a bit more to the party 'eh.
