I found the MC68HC908TV24 datasheet almost by accident. Its a HC908 MCU with character generation capabilities and it would be a interesting choice for a kind of TV set top box that i´m working on. There is only a problem: I have no clue if this IC is being (or actually was) manufactured. Does anybody knows if this chip is available? Or can recomend a replacement if is the case?
