I'm using HC908QT4 and internal osc. I've set the OSCOPT1:0 to 00 in CONFIG2 but the OSC2 on PTA4 (OSC2EN=1) shown it's only ~3.9MHz not 12.8MHz as stated in the datasheet.
Hi wf.lee Since the bus clock is one fourth of f osc -> this is correct! The internal osc runs at 12.8MHz (nominal, +/-25%) so maximum bus clock frequency will bee 4MHz (means f osz = 16MHz). For a adjusted osz. frquency you have to programm the OSCTRIM register with the right value.
