[USBDM] Can't install JS16 Bootloader driver for initial programming

Hello,

I'm currently building an USBDM v4.8 (JS16 Minimal version for HCS08/CFv1 targets). I routed the circuit myself from the schematics.

When I plug the controller in the USB port, a “JS16” device is detected with Vendor ID 15A2 and Product ID 0038.

I installed the Bootloader GUI (ICP software) from this page: http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=DEMO9S08JS16&fpsp=1&tab=Design_Tools_Tab# as explained in the documentation.

When I invoke the driver installation wizard with the bootloader driver path ( C:\Program Files\Freescale\JS16 USB Driver\Automatic Bootloader USB Driver ), the wizard claims the it found a driver for the device but couldn’t install it because of following error : File not found.

I use Windows 7 x64, maybe this be an issue? Do anybody have any clue what could be the source of this problem?

Thanks in advance,
