Hello Guys,

I am currently using CW for HC(S)12 Release 3.1 with the special edition license, this allows me to use up to 16k in C. I read in Freegeek's forum that the CodeWarrior Development Studio for HC9S12X with XGATE Release 4.1 permits upto 32k.

1.) Does this release still support HCS12 devices or this is only for S12X devices? I am particularly interested in S12C32 and S12NE64 for the momment.

I have whatever the latest CW for S12 installed at work and current code size is 26k on NE64 using the free license. Am well past the initial 30 days and uninstalled that temporary key to make sure I didn't depend on something it included.

If you dont mind, could you let me know if its the 4.1 Release (Supporting S12X) or the 3.1 (HCS12 only).

My apology for the delayed response.

CodeWArrior for HCS12X V4.1 supports HCS12X only.

You will have to wait for V4.5 for merged HCS12 & HCS12X support. I don't have any tentative release date for that.
