Thanks for your help. And now we are useing the 9S12 controller,but how to encrypt my program when I download them into the chips? I know that HC908 serias singlechip has the function of encrypt when burning the program into chips. And if the 9S12 singlechip also has the function? If have ,how to do that? Thanks.

As far as I am aware its not possible on any 08s or 12s, I think it may be available on some high end Coldfire devices.

Do you actually mean security rather than encryption? If so, see the flash blockguide for details. The security state of the microcontroller is governed by a byte stored in flash at address 0xFF0E.
