Unable to find datasheet for MT53B768M32D4NQ-062 WT:B on Micron site.

Q_2 :If MT53B768M32D4NQ-062 WT:B is discontinued, can I receive the data sheet for the replacement product MT53B768M32D4DT-062 AIT:B?

Q:3 : Is it okay to use MT53B768M32D4DT-062 AIT:B instead of MT53B768M32D4NQ-062 WT:B?
These two memory devices only have a difference in SMD.

yes, you can. MT53B768M32D4DT-062 AIT:B has been used on i.MX8QM-MEK board, so you can also use it on iMX8MQ board.

Can MT53E768M32D4DT-046 be used as a replacement?
