How to return 8MPLUSLPD4-EVK to its shipping state

I installed windows 10 IoT Enterprise and tried to change the UFEI settings, but when I tried to do so, the HDMI stopped working.
　Can someone please tell me how to return the board to shipping status?

could you provide more information?
In case you have recompiled UEFI with modifications, can you just flash board (or SD card) with the previous version?
