eIQ Toolkit 1.14.0 neutron converter tool for BSP 6.6.52_2.2.0

I am currently using imx95 and the BSP environment version I use is 6.6.52_2.2.0.

I need to use NPU for AI inference, but I found that in eIQ Toolkit 1.14.0, neutron-converter does not have version 6.6.52_2.2.0.

Is there any open source neutron-converter that can be compiled or when will version 6.6.52_2.2.0 be released?
