dotnet-core build with core-image-minimal

Hi,

As per https://github.com/RDunkley/meta-dotnet-core instructions, able to add .NET core-image-minimal, but we are experiencing the following issue. Please let me know your thoughts on this. 

root@imx8mpsolidrun:/mnt/LinuxARM# dotnet dev-certs https --trust
The command could not be loaded, possibly because:
  * You intended to execute a .NET application:
      The application 'dev-certs' does not exist.
  * You intended to execute a .NET SDK command:
      No .NET SDKs were found.

#dotnet --list-sdks    =>not shows any sdk details.
