Trying to follow instuctions to install Linux BSP to i.MX 8m Mini EVKB:

I installed uuu. I found libusb-1.0.dll and put it in the same dir as uuu.exe.
I downloaded LF_v6.6.23-2.0.0_images_IMX8MMEVK.zip and as suggested ran uuu with that file name. That failed with error: image file not found. I found that uuu.auto had a bad .wic file name in it; fixed that. Ran command again. uuu does not progress beyond "Wait for Known USB Device Appear...".
Taking a step back, was thinking i might need to setup the boot switches for this operation even though instructions do not say this. I assume that I need to set the boot switches for serial download mode. Further, I assume that 'download mode' on the silk screen is same mode. So changed 1st bank to 0101. Turned off board, killed uuu. Then, started uuu again and turned on board. But uuu still does not progress beyond "Wait for Known USB Device Appear...".
Any ideas what is wrong? How to fix? How to debug?
