I.MX6 internal pull-up precision

Hello,

In my application I have an I.MX6 Dual Lite and I would like to use the internal 100K pull-up configuration during BOOT sequence of the I.MX to command a 2N7002 MOS gate wich need an externall pull down.

In order to ensure the max Vgs threshold, I would need the precision of those internal pull-up.

How can I find info on those precision? Couldn't find any in the datasheet.

Hi,

Generally speaking, you can consider the accuracy of the internal pull-up resistor as 5%.
