Cannot download android image to iMX8 QuadXPlus board with UUU.exe

Hi,

I'm trying to download the pre-built image to iMX8 QuadXPlus MEK board, but it failed. Here is the steps:

a) Change the boot mode switch to 1000 for serial mode.

b) Download "automotive-11.0.0_1.1.0_image_8qmek" pre-built image, and UUU.exe (version 1.3.124)

c) Connect the USB cable to the board, and run the following command:

uuu_imx_android_flash.bat -f imx8qm -e

After that, I got an error below:

Success 0 Failure 1

2:1 1/ 1 [HID(W):LIBUSB_ERROR_IO ] SDPS: boot -f u-boot-imx8qm-mek-uuu.imx.link

I'm not sure what the problem is, can anyone help me with this issue?

I tested imx8qm, if you use imx8qxp, pls tell me what version you use? B0 or C0?

I tested successfully

check your PC recognize your board or not, and check the log file from uart port

Now, I am using iMX8 QuadMax board now, instead of QuadXPlus. And it works. Thank you for your reply.
