iMXRT1051 DCD file

Hello,

We were working on a product which is using i.MXRT1051 controller. We needed help for this for generating following support files:

1. evkmimxrt1050_dcd.bin – SDRAM (using ISSI - IS42S16800F-6BLI)
2. fcb_qspiflash.bin – FLASH (using ISSI - IS25LP128F-RHLE-TR)

Please can you help us in getting right configuration files for our product ?

Hello Chandrashekar,

We do not have the DCD file for the IS42S16800F-6BLI SDRAM in particular. However, you may use the MCUXpresso Config Tools to generate the DCD (I would suggest using one of the examples for the IMXRT1050-EVK as a starting point, as they also have an SDRAM populated)

As for the FlexSPI Configuration Block (FCB), I would recommend looking at the following Knowledge Base documents, where the FCB generation is covered. (We do not have this file ready for IS25LP128F-RHLE-TR)
