Hi,

We are using the iMXRT1021 and need to blow efuses via executable code.

I have looked at IMXRT1020RM.pdf, but this describes efuse functionality, but not usability. At the moment we can blow efuses either using Blhost/flashloader or MCU Boot Utility/Flashloader.

Is there an application note explaining internal efuse programming?

Can anyone advise how to do this?

I have found a reference to EFUSE_PROG_SUPPLY_GATE which I assume needs to be set, then what?

br,

Tony

Hi Tony Thurgood,

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and
for the opportunity to serve you.
I'd like to suggest you refer to the ocotp demo which is from the SDK library, this demo demonstrates that uses the KSDK software to access eFuse map.
