iMX RT1064 can use ethernet without phy? phy-less or MAC-to-MAC

I'm trying to build system with using iMX RT1064.

and there's need switch ic which is support both RMII MAC mode and RMII PHY mode.

I couldn't find any evidence that RT1064 can use RMII connection between ethernet switch without phy.

Is it possible to use RT1064 with phy-less and also includes PTP?

or do i have to use PHY? 

I attached the simple block diagram.

Hi  jh_cheon,

    RT1064 chip don't have the on chip PHY,  if you want to release the ethernet communication, you still need to add the external PHY chip.

   I suggest you refer to the MIMXRT1064-EVK board, add the external PHY to release two board's ethernet  communication.
