i.mxrt1060 SAI slave mode example Mcuxpresso

I seem to be at a loss. I have managed to locate the examples for operating the i.mxrt1060, SAI in master mode but can't seem to locate an example of how to operate and configure the i.mxrt1060 in SAI slave mode. Could someone with experience in configuring and operating the i.mxrt1060 in SAI slave mode, please provide me with a link or an example, thank you.

Hi Rnd1Eric,

Yes, there isn't any SAI slave example in SDK. You have to do it by yourself. You can use MCUXpresso Config tools to configure SAI mode. And the DMA/Interrupt code is similar.

Can you provide some guidelines on how to set up SAI for slave mode using the configuration tool. I think I've tried everything and nothing seemed to work yet.

Hi,

I made a demo which is bass on sai_interrupt. I use config tool to configure SAI. But that's not enough. You also have to add some other code to make it work. You can compare to those edma sai master demo.
