Hello All,

We are developing products using i.MX RT117x.
There seems to be something wrong with the behavior of SEMC with SDRAM, and we are investigating it now.

we found the following article.

https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-RT/i-MXRT1060-SEMC-SDRAM-Data-Corruption/m-p/1169690

Should we do the same for the RT117x, whether or not it is related to the problem we have now?

BR,
George

1) Should we do the same for the RT117x, whether or not it is related to the problem we have now?
-- Yes, you can do it to get rid of reorder feature interference.
Have a great day,
