Actually, GPIO buffer load capacity is not specified in units of current. It is only specified in terms of buffer drive strength or output impedance. You can refer to section 4.3.3.1 "Single Voltage GPIO Output Buffer Impedance" of the DataSheet.
Please keep in mind that these pins are not meant to supply current, so you have to be really careful to avoid damages.
