Hi all,

I have check the Scatter File "xxxxx_flexspi_nor_.scf" of RT1011 and RT1021.

And I want to ask that why RT1011's FBCD starting from 0x60000400 while RT1021 starting from 0x60000000? What's the season that we leave the 1KByte(0x400) Flash Space free?

Hi fengxingsheng,

If you check the RT1010 and RT1020 reference manual, you will find the detail result:

1. RT1010RM

2. RT1020 RMimage.png

Different chip define the different address, just follow it!

Wish it helps you!

If you still have questions about it, please kindly let me know!

Best Regards,

Kerry
