flexCAN message tx and rx

i tryed to recevie meassge from board to bus master via sCAN bus but it give bus error in bus master tool, for that i used flexcan ping pong message buffer example code from. so how can i tx rx mess vis sCAN bus.share documents or guidence for tx and rx data.
