I've encountered the same problem with  my MK60DN512VLL10 MCU.

I've attempted to connect with J-Command and attempted to connect and erase my target but I receive the same error returned:

This is my specific MCU:

Any suggestions on how to regain control of my target?

Terry

Hi Terry Biberdorf,

Please create your own question post, then we will help you to check your question in details.

You need to check your smallest system, your solder temperature.

Please create your question in the kinetis community:

Kinetis Microcontrollers

Thanks a lot for your understanding.

Kerry

Hi maniram nagothi ,

Please use the JLINK commander to connect your board with SWD interface and the JLINK debugger again.

Can you find the ARM cortex M7 core?

pastedImage_2.jpg

Give you an example.

Please check it on your side.

If you can't find the ARM core, and your connection is correct, your debugger is working, then it means your RT board hardware have problems. You need to check the hardware.

Wish it helps you!

If you still have questions about it, please kindly let me know.

Have a great day,
Kerry

Hi Maniram,

It seems you are using the external debugger through the J21, is it right?

If yes, you need to disconnect the on board debugger, please remove J33, then try it again.

Actually, the MIMXRT150-EVKB already have the on board debugger, it is CMSIS-DAP in default , if you want to use the external debugger, please remove the J33, then try to connect it again, it should work.

Any updated information from your side, please kindly let me know.

Have a great day,
Kerry

Hi maniram nagothi,

Customer board can't find the core with JLINK?

Is it the new designed board? If yes, it should still related to the customer's hardware.

Please check the chip smallest system, the SWD interface connection.

Have a great day,
Kerry
