Hello, for USB bootloader program i want to have empty screen with background color and text status in download percentage 0-100%.Very basic. Is this possible with low level pxp or elcdif library?

No, low level PXP and eLCDIF driver doesn't support that. At least you need a font library. But driver will not have that.
