What is the value of the XTALI, XTALO input capacity Cin at MIMXRT1021
-LQFP144 (CAG4A) and -LQFP100 (CAF4A)?

Can the value for the total stray capacitance be taken as 5.7pF?

In keeping with How to calculate the value of crystal load capacitors?
MIMXRT1020-EVK: CX = C36 = C37 = 4.7pF
Y4: 24MHz Murata XRCGB24M000F2P29R0: CL = 8pF
Cstray = CL - CX/2 = 8pF - 4.7pF/2 = 5.7pF

This information is not listed on the datasheet, but can be found on the IBIS model for both of the packages.

You may find these IBIS models on the i.MX1020 homepage under Tools and Software (link below), under Design Tools & Files -> Models.
